White Wolf Capital LLC (“White Wolf”) is pleased to announce that its platform company, Consolidated Machine & Tool Holdings, LLC (“CMT”) has acquired a majority stake in LCP Machine, Inc. (“LCP” or the “Company”).
Details of the transaction were not disclosed.
